We are excited to have you as a member of our training program. If you have any questions about the training plan or your account, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at bryanm@coachmckinney.com.
If you have a premium account, you will have the flexibility to rearrange the sessions in your training plan. However, if you have a basic account, the sessions will be fixed in place. It's important to do your best in each session, regardless of whether you can rearrange them or not. As you progress through the plan, the layout will become more important as you build fatigue.
