Adaptado 100% indoor para que puedas hacerlo en condiciones de mal tiempo o si tienes poco tiempo para entrenar.

Durante las primeras semanas de la temporada es muy importante trabajar la base. Como su propio nombre indica, la base supone construir los cimientos que ayudarán a sostener tu estado de forma durante el resto de la temporada.

Te asegura que tu estado de forma sea más resistente frente a posibles contratiempos. Te ayudará a lograr los tan deseados picos de forma, para que llegues a tus objetivos a tope!


La clave de una buena base es la intensidad de los entrenamientos. Debe ser baja para adaptar el sistema cardiorrespiratorio de una forma gradual a esfuerzos más intensos.

Son semanas "aburridas" de rodajes a ritmos bajos pero son indispensables si quieres tener un buen rendimiento durante el resto de la temporada.
