Plan Description

8 Week Base Program

This program is designed to be completed after a proper off season and before race season. It focuses on aerobic fitness and should be completed prior to specific race prep. The volume builds throughout the program as does the intensity. Cross training option on the weekends to keep things fresh! This plan will work well for MTB, gravel, cyclocross and road athletes.
