Plan Description

My 4-week FTP booster plan designed for intermediate to elite riders. It’s a flexible, generic plan suitable for both indoor training, ideally using a smart trainer, and outdoor rides. It is a power based plan but can be adapted for HR use too. Athletes using my plan can reach out to me via email for more details or clarification on certain sessions.
