2 month training plan, based on turbo sessions and option of road at weekens.

Sessions are aimed at building strength, power and aiding recovery between efforts.

Progressive build, with 1 x easy week and then slight taper to event day at end of 8th week.

Can easily be adapted to road / turbo or vice versa.
