Plan Description

This 6-week winter plan will begin to introduce the physiological components of anaerobic endurance, muscular force and sprinting to build upon your base training. These components are meant to prepare you for the coming spring events/races/efforts. All of the structured workouts are ready to be ridden on your favorite indoor cycling program. Please move workouts as needed for your schedule. Consider yourself successful if you complete 80% of the workouts.
This plan also includes suggestions for yoga and functional training a couple of times per week.
