Your first E-race (8 weeks)
E-Racing is booming. From a pain cave, riders from all over the world race through a virtual landscape in search of glory. With this training plan you can confidently start your first race and have a great time in this new cycling discipline.
Who?
The plan is suitable for recreational cyclists who would like to measure themselves against other cyclists. You can expect a weekly training volume of 6 to 8 hours.
Why?
Competitions in your own living room. Compete for a nice place of honor or even podium. Experience the wonderful world of E-Racing. After 8 weeks you are confident at the start of your first competition.

A clearly periodized plan with structured workouts on and off the bike. We supplement this with useful tips to successfully complete your first match.
What do you need?
A power meter (or roller system where you measure power) and a heart rate monitor are a must on this schedule to optimally follow. The intensity of the workouts is largely based on power. To be able to easily perform the structured workouts, they can be uploaded to your device (eg GPS, smartwatch, ...) or a third party app. In this way, your trainer is also nearby during the training to support you.
