Plan Description

This FTP testing protocol plan provides the required sessions to ensure you perform at your best when completing your FTP testing protocol.

We use this FTP test to ensure consistency across all our athletes.

This will ensure your zone setting for your power are set correctly ensuring you maximise on your training.

This session will import directly into Garmin, Zwift and TrainerRoad

This plan also comes with several free FTP booster sessions and recovery sessions to build further your bike power output. Suggest you incoportae the two active recovery sessions backs to back to ensure you feel fresh to take on the test.
