HIIT Alta intensidad
13 semanas
Intervalos medios y cortos, con una duración máxima de 5’ cada repetición, estímulos de intensidad mayor al umbral anaeróbico, con el HIT se ha demostrado que se logran mejoras en ritmos máximos, mejoramos la eficiencia del pedaleo, en ritmos medios y bajos.
La clave del entrenamiento HIIT es la intensidad. Uno sería el conocido como HIIT corto y el otro sería el HIIT largo. En el HIIT corto buscamos una gran movilización de las fibras rápidas y vaciar sus depósitos de energía rápida Aquí te presentamos un microciclo corto y otro medio/largo.
Se puede usar desde el comienzo si usamos una periodización inversa o justo después de un periodo de base de 2 o 3 meses si usamos una periodización tradicional.
Actualmente se puede usar HIIT a lo largo de toda la temporada con buenos resultados. En fisioentreno lo usamos, por ejemplo en ciclistas antes de trabajar la mejora del umbral/ftp.
