Plan Description
Do you want to increase your cycling performance but don't have 10+ hour or are restricted to train 3-4 days a week, then this 6 week training plan may be right for you. This plan is not for beginners, but with the progress built into this plan should be manageable to most people.
A typical week in this plan contain 2 interval sessions during the week and one longer endurance ride at the weekend. With a test at the start, middle and end of the plan. These sessions aim to increase your aerobic fitness and Vo2max with shorter intens intervals and work around threshold.
All workouts in this plan can be downloaded to your headunit, watch or training platform e.g. Zwift
