12-Week Winter Indoor Training Plan
Ready to build your fitness base and be adventure-ready for the next season? This progressive 12-week training plan is designed to help you stay strong through the winter, with a focus on structured cycling workouts, endurance, and recovery.
What’s included:
3 Structured Cycling Workouts per Week: Boost power, endurance, and efficiency.
1–2 Endurance Workouts per Week: Build stamina for longer rides.
1 Rest Day per Week: Essential recovery to recharge.
1 Mobility Session: Maintain flexibility and prevent injury.
4–8 Hours of Weekly Training: Flexible to fit your schedule and progress.
Designed for indoor training (compatible with Garmin, Zwift, etc.), this plan can also be adapted for outdoor rides.
Get ready to lay a strong foundation and stay on track all winter long!
