Thanks for checking out one of my training plans! I'd love to start working with you.
Choose this plan to complement your on-the-bike training.
You can start this plan at any time during the season. Add this to any on-the-bike program to address STABILITY, MOBILITY, and FLEXIBILITY. The movements presented here are quite simple and can be done in a gym or at home with a few accessories. Many of the movements can be done with body weight only, but you may require resistance bands or dumbbells/kettle bells to continue to develop strength as you progress.
This plan requires a minimal time commitment and is designed to be done in combination with a normal on-the-bike training plan. It is suitable for a rider with a normal work schedule. This plan is not limited to any particular level of rider. Finally, if you find yourself deeply fatigued at any point, you can simply take a few easy or rest days and then pick it back up.
