Plan Description
Basado en los últimos trabajos científicos sobre fuerza en ciclistas de alto nivel, este programa de entrenamiento te permitirá trabajar la fuerza de manera sencilla tanto en el gimnasio como encima de la bici.
Para los ciclistas tanto a nivel recreativo como de alto rendimiento el trabajo de fuerza es fundamental para el rendimiento como la salud. Sin embargo cuando se dispone de poco tiempo se tiende a sacrificar el trabajo de fuerza para pasar mas horas montando en bici.
Este programa está diseñado para que el tiempo que pases en el gimnasio sea mínimo, las sesiones están diseñadas para que duren entre 45 y 50 minutos. Como complemento además trabajarás la fuerza de manera específica en la bici.
