Dieser Plan ersetzt/ergänzt die klassische Leistungsdiagnostik im Labor. Er hilft dir dabei dein Leistungsprofil besser zu verstehen und dein Training optimal auf deine Sportlichen Ziele anzupassen!

Während einer gut strukturierten Trainingswoche mit insgesamt vier "Schlüsseleinheiten" absolvierst du ein "Powerprofiling" und sendest mir sämtliche Files der Trainingswoche per Mail. Damit gewährst du mir einen guten Einblick in deine physiologischen Fähigkeiten und ermöglichst es mir deine Trainingszonen zu ermitteln und dir dabei zu helfen dein Training zu optimieren.

Nach dem absolvieren dieses Plans kennst du deine individuellen Leistungs- (7-Zonen Modell nach Coggan) und Herzfrequenz-Zonen. Du bist in der Lage deine Trainingsintensität optimal zu steuern und erhältst eine detaillierte Testauswertung inklusive einer Trainingsempfehlung.

Sende mir sämtliche Files der Testwoche sowie dein Trainingsziel (Anforderungsprofil Zielwettkampf/Zielleistung) per Email an velocoach@icloud.com und du erhältst innert drei Arbeitstagen deine persönliche Testauswertung!
