This plan is designed to be your dynamic intro into structured training, spesificly on your turbo trainer.
Within 9 weeks, this plan will help you lay the foundations for a successful season.
In this plan you will spend 4-6 hours a week on your bike, and composed from 4-5 stracuted, dynamic workouts per week, and will work well for must cycling desiplins- Gravel, Road, MTB, TRI.
Like all training plans, it's best to consult with your physician, to make sure you're healthy and fit for training.
