8 Week Indoor Strength building Training - Zwift Compatible
This 8 week indoor Bike Training Plan has been built to help you build your indoor mileage along with building your up your FTP.
The work outs start from 45min to 1 hour with the first week and by week 8 workouts are between 1 hour and 1 hour 30minutes.
This is a great way to build your FTP at the start of the new year.
All workouts are based on FTP % and are build with workouts so that you can use them within Zwift.
