This 12wk plan is designed and geared towards Motorcycle racers who use cycling to prepare for racing and has 3 planned sessions and 1 optional session.
This plan is aimed at all levels of racing and fitness levels. This plan is based on Power and Heart rate so to get the best use out of this plan you will need a heart rate monitor for outdoor rides and a smart trainer, power meter or indoor bike that measures power for indoor sessions.
