Plan Description

El objetivo de este plan es preparar al atleta en 12 semanas para un fondo de 150k a 200k, con una elevacion de mas de 2000 metros. Puntos claves del desarrollo, son la mejora de del vo2max, desarrollo del ftp, mejora de la cadencia, mejoramiento en la fortaleza muscular y aclimatacion.
Ideal para este plan es combinar sesiones de rodillo, con entrenamientos en calle y fondos los fines de semana.
