This program is designed for intermediate level cyclists, Cat 3-4 racers, or triathletes looking for a cycling specific base phase. All rides are steady state, keeping the intensity low in order to build the endurance to prepare for pre-season phase. There are tips throughout this program on skills to focus on. This program includes 2 days per week of strength work using dumbbells for weight.
