ENTRENAMIENTO RODILLO + SALIDAS FIN DE SEMANA (fc) hr

De cara a las competiciones en las que tenemos pensado parti­cipar o simplemente por mejorar, y no tenemos tiempo para salir entre semana, es ideal combinar sesiones indoor, en rodi­llo, en las que trabajaremos de forma especifica las las intensidades, con las outdoor, al aire libre, en las que podemos centrar el trabajo sobre el fondo o la resistencia aeróbica a base de rodajes largos y de ritmos más o menos constantes, así como una sesión libre para despejar la mente y salir con la grupeta o a tu aire

En este sentido, te proponemos un plan de 25 semanas para ir siguiendolo y obtener un buen nivel de forma. El plan combina sesiones indoor, en rodillo, con rodajes en el exterior. Tres entrenamientos indoor + 2 salidas fin de semana


El planning será un entrenamiento progresivo, donde habrá test para poder ajustar las zonas de entreno, se trabajara la fuerza especifica en el ciclismo, trabajo de ritmo, umbral, capacidad anaeróbica,..... Todo ello complementado con trabajo funcional, primordial para el ciclista.
