Dette er et 5 ugers program der sigter mod at toppe din form.
Der er fokus på korte VO2-max intervaller og anaerobe intervaller for at peake din form op mod f.eks. sæson start eller et større enkelt stående mål. Der er mange højintense intervaller og det bliver hårdt, men det betaler sig når du ser resultaterne.
I taper perioden reduceres volumen markant mens intensiteten holdes høj, men tiden med høj intensitet reduceres også, på denne måde sikre vi at du får meget mere friskhed uden at formen dykker - på den måde kommer du til at køre så stærkt som muligt! Der er lagt "race prep" ind som det sidste, det er tanken at dette køres dagen inden eventet der bliver trænet op i mod.
