NYX Endurance Training Plans.
We’re a group of coaches who like to get our hands dirty. We believe in being in the arena, so that we can be the ultimate foundation for our athletes. NYX Training Plans have been created from our combined 20+ years of coaching experience as well as combined 28 Ironman finishes and 57 Ironman 70.3 finishes (and counting). While each coach has a different approach and coaching style, the structure of our plans is based on scientific, systematized progression that will best set you up for success and achievement.
About Julie Dunkle:
Julie is an 8x Kona Qualifier 8x 70.3 Worlds Qualifier, often with the fastest AG bike split. This plan is written from my personal experience on the race course coupled with over 100 athletes who have successfully. This plan is a cycling block to increase your FTP and can be incorporated into triathlon training .
About the Plan:
Length: This 4-week program is for the intermediate /advanced cyclist/ triathlete who wants to improve their climbing. Take your bike leg to the next level.This plan is 4-5 hours per week on the bike with intensity + volume. You average 4 bike workouts a week with the longest weekend ride at 2:30. This plan can be part of a triathlon/duathlon plan as well; simply replace these bike workouts with scheduled ones.
Workout Distances & Durations:
Requirements: You should be riding 3-4 days a week and be able to ride hills.
Ride days are Mon, Tue, Thur, Sat.
To get the most out of this plan, you will need a power meter for cycling.

The plan uses the TrainingPeaks structured workout feature, providing precise workout details including pace or heart rate targets for all segments/intervals within each workout.
