Entrenamiento HIIT TABATA, estos entrenamientos de intervalos de alta intensidad pueden ser realmente duros, pero los beneficios demostrados de los mismos (aumento del VO2 Máx, de la quema de grasas, etc…) hacen que sean una forma de entrenar muy a tener en cuenta, tanto para principiantes como para ciclistas expertos.
Hemos preparado mesociclo de intervalos Tabata de alta intensidad, donde incrementaremos el VO2max. es un mesociclo de entrenamiento que preparara a nuestro organismo para admitir mas carga de entrenamiento y nos ayudará a tolerar y asimilar mas esfuerzos.
