Plan Description

8-10 hours per week for athletes that have recently done interval trainings at or above threshold.
This plan aims to support everybody that knows their threshold/FTP, albeit it is also intended to be tailored more individually by adjusting the zones to an INSCYD test (or comparable). The adjustments have to be done manually by the individual. The test may confirm the zones or they have to be adjusted higher or lower. Zones are being referred to in the plan where useful/necessary.
