This is an 8 week training program that contains all the test events integrated into a periodised training plan. If you would prefer just the events then choose the HPTek Games Events option.
This progam contains all the test events that are part of the HPtek Games. All the events are well defined comprehensively outlined. Although I have tried to incorperate all the tests into a logical order throughout the 8 weeks you can choose to shuffle around when you perform each test. Be sensible with thise and spread the events out so not to build up too much fatigue.
All participants must complete either the 'HPTek Step Test' or 'The Real 8 min MAP and 20 min FTP Test'
You dont need to complete in all the events if you wish. You can participate in only the events you choose. In which case substitute the event you dont want to comlete with a session from a previous or future week or a session of your own choosing
You may complete the events in any order you choose if you want to shuffle them around based on how you are feeling day to day.
