Plan Description

Entrenamiento que combina ciclismo indoor y entrenamiento de fuerza. Se ha creado específicamente para ciclistas y deportistas de todo tipo durante la época de confinamiento por el COVID19.

Para realizar el entrenamiento debes de disponer de una bicicleta estática para la parte de ciclismo y luego, material diverso para los entrenamientos de fuerza. Hay algunos de ellos que se requiere pelota fitball, biiwell y un TRX. Si no se dispone de este material, todos los ejercicios se pueden adaptar y realizarlos sin material o bien con botellas de agua de 5 u 8 litros.

Recomendamos beber mucha agua durante las sesiones y a ser posible hacerlas en un lugar bien ventilado.

Recomendamos cargar el primer dia de entremiento un lunes.

NOTA: También disponemos de dos versiones de este programa: Una segunda para seguirlo usando tu potenciometro y una tercera para los que disponeys de sensor de velocidad. Si te interesan, contacta con nosotros.
