Plan Description

To help support the Rothrock Grit n Gravel Grinder, we created a free eight week plan, as a guide, to help you prepare for the event.

** If you have a plan from a previous year, you may need to delete that plan, and then re download the current one for 2026 **

This plan will start on April 13th, 2026 and end on race day, June 6, 2026.

The finisher plan is geared for someone who can dedicate 3-5 days a week riding, and just wants to finish strong. These plans use heart rate zones and perceived effort notes as the main daily guide.
