Denne 18 uger lange træningsplan er designet til at forberede dig til La Marmotte Gran Fondo.

Med en gennemsnitlig træningsmængde på 6:50 timer om ugen, indledes planen med 4 timers træning den første uge - volumen øges gradvist og peaker på 9:10 timer i den 16. uge

Træningsplanen indeholde bl.a. styrke/udholdenhed, tempo og VO2max intervaller på cyklen.

Intensitetbeskrivelserne er watt baseret og der køres 2stk. 20 min test undervejs , til at bestemme din FTP og dine træningszoner.
