Plan Description

Mit diesem Plan wirst du deine FTP und TTE verbessern. Du wirst viel Zeit im SweetSpot Bereich verbringen.
Für den Plan brauchst du ein Powermeter. Diesen Plan nutze ich häufig in der Grundlagenphase (Base-Period) um das aerobe System aufzubauen. Ggf. werden bei individuell betreuten Athleten die %der FTP und die Belastungszeiten angepasst, aber grundsätzlich ist der Plan sehr ähnlich.
In dem Plan sind pro Woche 2 Ruhetage vorgesehen. Die Einheiten innerhalb 1 Woche können von Tag zu Tag frei getauscht werden, es sind keine Trainings enthalten die auf den Vortag aufbauen.
Es ist gedacht, dass 3 Wochen aufbauend trainiert werden, eine Woche reduzierter Umfang (Ruhewoche), dann nochmals 3 Wochen aufbauend. Die letzte Woche dient nochmals als Ruhewoche mit einem FTP Test am Ende.
