¿En qué consiste este programa de entrenamiento?
En una planificación realizada en base a una metodología y ejercicios de nivel medio y básico.

¿Cual es su objetivo?
Mantener el nivel de actividad y de forma física en periodos en los que el ciclista no tiene objetivos deportivos cercanos, pero quiere seguir entrenando para no perder en exceso su nivel de forma.


El plan se ha planificado está diseñado con una dinámica óptima de TSS o carga de entrenamiento semanal.

Disponemos de versión programada en base a frecuencia cardíaca o potencia, según el dispositivo que utilices para entrenar..

Incluye propuestas básicas para el mantenimiento de ciertos niveles de fuerza y tono muscular en el gimnasio. Incorporando soporte de vídeos para una mejor comprensión de los ejercicios.
