Stage 2 is full of opportunity, and with an eye on the polka dot jersey, you make a move for the breakaway of the day and try to collect points on the first categorised climbs of the race.

This is a BIG 20 min effort - the classic FTP test. Afterwards, take 95% of the 20 min power and update your FTP in TrainingPeaks.

Stage 4 is one of the flattest in the whole Vuelta, with only the Puerto del Ornet climb (6.4km at 6km) separating you from the sprint finish.

This is a classic Vuelta stage, always drags uphill, and especially into the final where you pull the peloton for your team leader right up till the Javalambre Observatory.
