Ready to tackle your first gravel event? This First-Timer Gravel Training Plan is designed to prepare you for the unique challenges and excitement of gravel riding, whether you’re a beginner or an intermediate rider.

This program offers a balanced structure with 4-5 training days per week and an optional recovery ride to help you build fitness, confidence, and endurance. It’s approachable for newer riders while providing enough challenge for those with some experience.
