Plan Basado en Fc Máx.

Las sesiones de ciclismo trabajan todas las zonas aeróbicas, y son muy entretenidas, con varios cambios de ritmo.

1 mesociclo de 3 semanas de carga y 1 semana de descarga. (puedes repetirlo mes a mes)

En cada semana encontrará:
4 sesiones de Bicicleta y 2 de Fuerza
1 día de descanso

TSS: 500-560-610-320

NOTA: Si el atleta siente que necesita 1 o 2 sesiones extras, puede agregar (los días de ejercicios de fuerza) una salida de 1h30 ó 1h45 a ritmo suave, en zona 1 y 2 (recuperación - resistencia)
