Three months to a Century is a nice amount of time to train for a 100-mile event, not too short and not too long. The training is designed for the beginner cyclist. I will include with the training schedule a "Things to Know" list, tidbits of information every cyclist should know. The first month will help to establish miles, the second and third month continues to increase your mileage but includes intervals to help increase your speed and enhance your aerobic system
