Customized and Tailored for Your Season!
This is an 8 week plan. The plan will be built as 8 weeks customized to your skill level, goals, season plans, etc. This will benefit you specifically since it is not a general plan,. It is built around your existing strengths (to make them stronger) and limiters. We target what you need to make serious improvements this coming season.
This plan includes 3 x 30 minutes Coaching Consultations during your training plan. We connect your Training Peaks to my coach account temporarily (I can see your training history, workouts, etc.) We use the data to determine your fitness, look for items that may be limiting your development, and more. We discuss goals, events, questions, etc.
Plan ahead for this custom plan. I will need a period of about 3-10 days to get it completely set up and ready for you after collecting the data that I need. The first week's workouts will be up within a day of us talking. **When you select and purchase this plan, keep in mind it is a customized plan. What you download will be a 'blank slate'. When you contact me is when I actually build YOUR weeks.
