Du möchtest ein 1-2 Stunden Rennen, mit Deiner besten Leistung absolvieren? Oder Deinen Level an Fitness in nur 6 Wochen merklich steigern? Aber Deine Trainingszeit ist limitiert?
Dieser Plan ermöglicht es Dir aus 4 bis 6 Trainingsstunden pro Woche alles herauszuholen!
Dennoch bietet er ausreichend Regenerationszeiten um Überlastungen zu vermeiden. Zu Anfang der 1. Woche absolvierst Du einen Leistungstest, der Dir Deine individuellen Trainingszonen nach Leistung, Herzfrequenz oder gefühlter Anstrengung definiert. Die Trainings bauen aufeinander auf so dass auch Einsteiger sich schnell zurecht finden. An trainingsfreien Tagen gibt es Tipps zur Mobilisation und Kräftigung. Viel Spaß und gutes Gelingen.
