Summary

The nutrition level 1 program is designed to get you on the right track. Our program is a step by step approach designed over a period of 8 weeks. At the end of 8 weeks you will have a solid foundation to healthier eating habits. Our weight loss plans are set up to lose 1 pound every 7-10 days until you reach desired weight. THIS IS NOT a lose weight fast program but geared towards a lifestyle approach.

In addition, this program can be used by athletes who are looking to eat cleaner for improvements in performance and recovery.

During the 8 week program you will be provided the following:
1) Food tracking and assessment
2) Review of resting metabolic rate and daily workout calories burned.
3) Development of daily calorie allowance for weight loss or management.
4) Targeted weight goals
5) Meal breakdown recommendations
6) 3 phone consults with Aeropro coach

You will start this week with some basic tracking and data acquisition.

- Willingness to track 3-5 days of your diet.
