This build phase plan is packed with z3-6 (i.e. moderate-to-very high) work so that by the end, racing TTs will feel like floating on air.

This build phase plan is packed with z3-6 (i.e. moderate-to-very high) work so that by the end, racing TTs will feel like floating on air.

Included in this plan are bonus strength and yoga sessions, they exist in this plan to demonstrate where they could go in the plan should you have the time, means or inclination to include them. Should you wish to mix things up, they can be subbed in in place of a bike session if time gets short.
