This 40K Time Trial/FTP Boost Lv2 training plan incorporates the tried-and-true Endurance Lab intensity balance embraced by the world's top cyclists, offering the benefits of elite training practices to busy individuals like yourself.
TARGET ATHLETE
Ideal for novice cyclists preparing for their initial 40K time trial, as well as for experienced cyclists and masters athletes who prefer a relatively low-volume training program. Prior to starting the plan, ensure you have built up your training to a point where you are cycling at least four times per week for up to 1 hour.
INTENSITY TYPE: HEART RATE
This plan outlines each workout's intensity target by heart rate. However, a Power version of this plan is also available.
