The objective of this plan is to help improve your FTP over eight weeks. I have used this plan with many of my athletes, resulting in some gains in athletes FTP. Some gains have been as significant as 20%. The plans are suitable to be uploaded into third part indoor apps such as Zwift and TrainerRoad
The initial plan is eight weeks in duration and is aimed at Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Masters.
