Plan Description

This is a 12 week program designed to increase your FTP (Functional Threshold Power) and all around cycling fitness, this should be embarked upon after your post season recuperative phase. For Northern Hemisphere athletes I recommend starting this on the first Monday of December.

You will need an indoor "smart" trainer and/or a power meter installed on your bike. You should come into this program healthy, and somewhat trained. It is not recommended that you embark on this training plan unless you have been averaging around 4-5 hours of a week on the bike in the preceding 4-6 weeks.
