The objective of this plan is to help improve your FTP over 4 weeks. I have used this plan with many of my athletes which have resulted in some gains in athletes FTP. Some gains have been as large as 20%. The plans are suitable to be uploaded into third part indoor apps such as Zwift and TrainerRoad
The inital plan is 4 weeks in duration and is aimed at Beginner, Intermendiate, Advanced and Masters.
