Eight weeks away from greatness. Eight weeks away from a faster, more powerful, more focused you. This plan was designed by the world-class coaches at APEX Coaching—the same coaches who train pro cyclists, Olympic medalists, and world champions—specifically to prepare you for the 2018 UCI Gran Fondo World Championship Road Race course in Varese, Italy.
This plan takes the same three-dimensional training approach used by elite athletes, training your body and your mind so you can unlock your potential and deliver a performance worthy of a world champion. It includes structured workouts from The Sufferfest Training System, yoga sessions to build full-body strength and flexibility, and targeted drills to improve your form and technique. Mental training sessions will help you build the four habits of the mentally tough so you can dig deeper, stay focused, and overcome any obstacle in your path. The rainbow jersey awaits.
