Plan Description

8-Week High-Intensity Plan: Maximum Adaptation in Minimum Time

For riders who can commit 4 to 5 hours per week and nothing more. Four to five sessions per week, all under an hour, with an intensity ratio that is higher than any standard plan. Two easy sessions bookend two hard sessions each week, keeping fatigue manageable while preserving adaptation. Intensity builds progressively from threshold to VO2 across the eight weeks. This is not a comfortable plan — the short sessions are genuinely hard, and that is the point.
