6-Week Peaking Block: Get Sharp for the Race That Matters
For riders who have completed a base or build phase and want to peak for a specific event. Four sessions per week: the first three weeks are high quality with race simulation work, week 4 is a genuine rest week that you should not skip, week 5 sharpens with one final quality session and a race rehearsal, and week 6 is the taper — minimal, controlled, and deliberate. This block does not build fitness; it converts the fitness you already have into race-day form.
