Plan Description

Road, Fondo, and Gravel focused plan. Though any cyclist would benefit from this plan. 1 Month plan designed to improve overall bike fitness and FTP. 3 weeks of training weeks and one rest / peak week.

The plan focuses on building aerobic capacity by targeting aerobic fitness and on improving recovery between hard efforts. After this plan, athletes will be able to hold higher power for longer.

Strength training prescriptions are included, but limited to plyometrics. I would recommend 2-3 lift days per week outside of plyo work if interested, with a focus on compound lifts.
