Plan Description

Over this 6-week training block, I designed the plan to specifically target improvements in both power and force production on the bike. This was achieved through a combination of torque-focused efforts (low cadence, high resistance) and high-intensity intervals to stimulate neuromuscular adaptations and increase overall power output.
At the same time, we maintained consistent work around LT1 to support and enhance aerobic endurance. This ensured that while we were developing top-end capabilities, the rider continued to build a strong aerobic foundation and improve durability.
