Plan Description

Questo programma di 8 settimane prevede cinque/sei sedute di allenamento a settimana, di cui una lunga perfetta per il weekend. Si tratta di un programma per chi ha parecchio tempo a disposizione (12-16h a settimana) e vi permetterà di seguire una graduale progressione di carichi e volumi durante il periodo generale della preparazione mixando adeguatamente stimoli di varia intensità e con differenti metodiche.

Per ogni allenamento è previsto un allenamento ''alternativo'' che può essere svolto Indoor (su rulli, ciclomulino, smart trainer ecc.), in caso di maltempo, oscurità o poco tempo a disposizione.
