Plan Description

Du hast dich dazu entschlossen, ein Abenteuer zu erleben und willst beim 24 Stunden Rennen am Nürburgring im 2er, 4er oder 8er-Team oder alleine teilnehmen. Dieser Trainingsplan soll dich für dein Event vorbereiten.

Die folgenden Wochen sind eine Mischung aus anfänglichen HIT (VO2max) Sessions aber auch diverser MIT Einheiten, die dein Race Pace und dein Laktat- Auf und Abbau, sowie vor allem deine Ökonomie verbessern sollen.

Bei diesem Plan geht es um die spezifische Vorbereitung für dein Abenteuer. Dabei arbeiten wir progressiv nach dem Polarisierten System. Ein Paket aus intensiv und locker und lang.

Der Umfang der Trainingsstunden liegen bei anfangs ca. 6-8h und später teilweise 8-12h in der Woche.
Du kannst dein Training natürlich auch gerne bzgl. deiner zeitlichen Kapazitäten anpassen.
Jedoch muss du einen gewissen Trainingsload absolvieren und dieser Plan hilft dir dabei, dass du dich nicht in dem Training verlierst.
