Du fährsst ≈3-4mal pro Woche Rad und willst deine VO2Max in den nächsten 12 Wochen steigern?
Dann ist das hier genau dein Trainingsplan!
4-5 Einheiten/Woche - 2x Intervalle und Grundlagenausfahrten bis 4h erwarten dich.
Egal ob Kriretien, Rundstreckenrennen, Jedermann oder Radmarathon, eine hohe VO2Max ist ein elementarer Baustein für deine sportliche Weiterentwicklung!
Der Plan beinhaltet auch einen hohen Anteil sehr intensiver Intervalle (30/30er etc.), daher solltest du evtl. etwas vorsichtig sein wenn du eh schon eine höhere Laktatbildungsrate hast und/oder in naher Zukunft ein sehr langes Rennen vor der Nase bei dem eine niedrige Laktatbildungsrate von Vorteil sein kann.
